Our fitness centre is now open for public membership for anyone interested in the health benefits of exercise. We have a wide range of Aerobic, Fixed Machines and Free Weights Equipment. You can train at your own pace, have a personalised training program written for you or join in with our circuit training classes. Members joining on full year or quarterly options are provided with all coaching services and training plans as part of the membership. Private coaching sessions can also be booked outside of general operating times. |
